Head hunter with international experience working between Milan and London that build a search firm specializing within the luxury, design, fashion, retail, consultancy and outdoor & sportswear, FMCG sectors servicing clients across Europe, Middle East and America.
In 2006 she started her recruitment career as HR Specialist in Banca IMI HQ, Investment Bank of Banca Intesa San Paolo within the HR & Communication Division in Milan.
After this constructive corporate experience she decided to join the consultancy path as head hunter with Hays until 2010, with focus on Middle Management and then with Michael Page International until end 2012 within Page Executive - Executive Search - practices: Luxury, Sports Goods, Digital, Consumer and FMCG.
In 2013 she created the start up in Milan for another recruitment company from London with full responsibility for Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands and Spain, mission completed successfully at the end of the year and bringing new clients from fashion and sports business.
Finally at the beginning of 2014 she decided to launch her own recruitment agency specialised in middle and executive search together with her unique proposition; no researchers in between, strong and referenced network, transparent methodology, specific practices: outdoor & sportswear, fashion, digital and FMCG and an explosive passion, servicing clients across Europe.
Part of her international activities includes complex recruitmet projects but also active presence during all years at trade shows (when no running for marathons of half marathons) as:
ISPO, Milano Moda, SIHH, Baselworld, Salone del Mobile and Fuori Salone.Information gathering and establishment of objectives covering: company & corporate culture, the aim of the role, candidate profile. After signing an exclusive contract, I design and develop: a recruitment schedule, a target list and a Company Brief Presentation (corporate history, turnover, role and profile).
The search commences with thorough research (own network and direct head hunting) into target companies operating in competitive, cultural and complimentary sectors.
In - depth interviews (behavioural interview) take place with the most suitable candidates and will ascertain their strengths & weaknesses and ensure that both technical and personal aspects of the person specification are satisfied.
A candidate Interview Report and CV will be submitted for each candidate within a short list of 3/5 candidates. Candidates interviewed at this stage are invited to submit a SWOT analysis in relation to the brand and the appropriate position.
I will ensure to organize all interviews and all candidates will be fully briefed on the client candidate company and role and the feedbacks post interviews within your company.
During the offer I provide for the Client the Candidate’s notice period, expectations and assistance regarding salaries of local reference. The candidates not eligible will be informed. After 3 and 6 months I will gather feedback.
